Shipping Policy
At Mbxcooter, we strive to provide a fast and reliable delivery experience for our customers across the United States. Because our premium mobility scooters are heavy-duty, high-value items, we utilize a strategic network of fulfillment centers to ensure your order reaches you safely and efficiently.
1. Shipping Destinations & Costs
Contiguous United States: We offer 100% FREE Standard Ground Shipping to all addresses within the lower 48 states.
Alaska, Hawaii, and US Territories: Currently, we do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, or other US territories due to the size, weight, and specialized logistics required for our products.
Note: We cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses. A valid physical street address is required.
2. Order Processing & Transit Times
Order Cut-off Time: 5:00 PM (EST).
Processing Time: Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1 to 2 business days (Monday – Friday).
Transit Time: Standard delivery usually takes 3 to 9 business days, depending on your proximity to our nearest dispatch center.
3. Our US Fulfillment & Dispatch Centers To minimize transit times, your order will be dispatched from the closest facility with available inventory. We currently operate out of the following strategic locations:
West Coast Dispatch (California): 611 Reyes Dr, Walnut, CA 91789
East Coast Dispatch (Georgia - Lawrenceville): 975 Old Norcross Rd, Lawrenceville, GA 30046
East Coast Dispatch (Georgia - Ellabell): 3438 US-80 Dock#N1, Ellabell, GA 31308
(Note: These facilities are high-volume logistics hubs. Local pickup is only available by prior appointment through our support team; walk-ins are not permitted for safety reasons.)
4. Order Tracking Once your scooter is handed over to the carrier, you will receive an automated shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow up to 72 hours for tracking information to update in the carrier's system, as heavy freight scanning often takes longer than standard parcels.
5. Cancellations & Return Shipments We understand plans can change. However, once an item has entered the logistics network, certain protocols apply:
Pre-Shipment: Cancellations are free of charge if the order has not yet been processed.
Post-Shipment: If you cancel or refuse delivery after the item has left our warehouse, you will be responsible for the actual return shipping costs.
Authorized Return Centers: For all approved returns, items must be sent to one of our regional inspection centers:

6. Delivery Expectations Mobility scooters are delivered via professional ground freight. Delivery is typically curbside or to the front door. Drivers are not authorized to bring equipment inside your home or up stairs. Please ensure someone is available to receive and inspect the package upon arrival.
